On October 7, 2023, KROK Business School held a ceremony to award diplomas to graduates of the Master of Business Administration program who started their studies in the fall of 2021. It was the first official graduation event organized since the start of the full-scale invasion. Olga Karpova, executive director of KROK Business School, gave an introductory welcome speech. Dr. Svitlana Moroz, PhD in Law, managing partner of the DICTUM company, guest speaker of the Ceremony made a presentation on the prospects of Ukraine's integration into the EU from the point of view of tax legislation. Oksana Demchenko and Oleksandr Bakka, instructors of the MBA program, congratulated the graduates on the occasion of the presentation of MBA diplomas. Oleksandr Karlov, the head of the NGO of the KROK University Alumni Association, invited the graduates to join the community and acquire membership in order not to lose contact with the Business School and the University.
We admire the resilience, courage and determination of this unique group, because despite of military actions, force majeure, missile attacks, air strikes, blackouts, a break for 6 months from February to October 2022, the majority of the group still decided to continue their studies. And all classes took place in the classroom offline. And this format and approach of teaching in the classroom was appreciated by the students and contributed to the successful completion of the MBA program, and this was noted by Iryna Pivovar and Hanna Yukalo, graduates of the program, holders of MBA diplomas with honors, who spoke on behalf of the group. Family members of our graduates attended the ceremony, and shared the joy of professional achievement with their relatives, because an MBA graduate sounds proud!
KROK Business School team congratulates our graduates, true business leaders, on the successful completion of the MBA program, and wishes them the realization of ambitious business plans and new professional achievements for the benefit of Ukraine!
