March 14, 2024 Business Club on diversity and inclusiveness

On March 14, 2024, KROK Business School became the arena for an important discussion about diversity and inclusiveness. As part of the Business Club, students and guests gathered to consider this topic, which is becoming increasingly important in today's world. Iryna Rubis, the speaker of the event, an inclusion and diversity trainer and visionary, emphasized how ignorance can turn into discrimination and even violence, and highlighted ways to increase tolerance and inclusiveness in communities.

The meeting was full of energy and ideas, and participants actively discussed various aspects and challenges related to issues of diversity and inclusion in business and society as a whole.

The topic interested everyone attended, and the discussion turned out to be very fruitful. From defining and understanding the concepts of diversity and inclusion to analyzing their impact on business processes and organizational culture, every aspect proved to be important for understanding and further development.

This event opened new horizons for understanding and implementing the concepts of diversity and inclusion in modern business. We hope that the discussion that took place will become an impetus for further actions and initiatives in this direction.
