Recognizing this imperative, KROK Business School has launched the Managerial School 4.0 program,designed to cultivate forward-thinking leaders equipped to navigate complexity and drive innovation.
Commencing in June 2025, this six-month executive development initiative was tailored specifically for Credit Agricole Bank. The curriculum is strategically focused on enhancing core managerial competencies that are critical in an era defined by rapid change, uncertainty, artificial intelligence, and heightened market competition.
The inaugural module, “Effective Communication and Personal Efficiency,” was facilitated by Oksana Demchenko, a certified business trainer and executive coach. Key topics included:
- Techniques for constructive engagement and trust-based leadership
- Developing a mentoring leadership style
- Application of GROW and AAR models, and situational leadership frameworks
The second module comprised two distinct components: Creative and Design Thinking, and Digital Thinking.
The Creative and Design Thinking segment was led by Oksana Sedashova,PhD, a business trainer and expert in innovation and creative strategy, as well as Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Innovation Development at KROK Business School. Participants explored methodologies for generating unconventional business ideas, designing new products, enhancing services and technical solutions, and fostering cross-functional innovation.
The Digital Thinking component, delivered by Halyna Senohonova, a specialist in digital transformation, focused on the integration of AI into business processes, leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making, and defining the digital competencies essential for contemporary managers.
