KROK Business School has proudly represented Ukraine at EFMD 2025 Executive Development Conference, held in Stockholm on October 1-2, 2025 and hosted by the prestigious Stockholm School of Economics. The event gathered 110 participants from leading business schools, corporations, and executive education providers worldwide.
Among the highlights of the conference was the presentation of 10 winning projects which received EFMD Exellence in Practice Award selected by an international jury for their innovation and impact in executive development. One of the honored initiatives received a Silver Award was a joint project “Managerial School” by Crédit Agricole and KROK Business School, presented by Olga Karpova, Director of KROK Business School.
This recognition marks a historic milestone — the first time a Ukrainian business education project has received a global award in the EFMD competition.
“This award is not only a recognition of our work, but a signal that Ukrainian executive education is ready to compete and collaborate on the global stage,” said Olga Karpova.
All winning projects were formally awarded during the conference, reinforcing the importance of collaboration between academia and business in shaping the future of leadership and organizational development.
