KROK Business School became a co-organizer of the international scientific and practical conference of students, graduate students, young scientists and practitioners on the topic "Creative industries: modern trends", which took place on May 24-25, 2023 and was organized by the Kyiv University named after Boris Grinchenko.
The participation of the KROC Business School as a co-organizer of the conference proves the desire to spread experience, because the topic of creativity and innovation is one of the priority areas of activity of the KROK Business School, in the management programs of which business owners and managers learn to generate breakthrough business ideas and turn them into reality. During the conference, such topics as trends and prospects for the development of creative industries, creative industries in crises, innovative technologies in creative industries, education in the field of creative industries, creative industries in the social and humanitarian sphere, the role of creative industries in the development of the city and the region were considered and discussed. ; journalism and new media as a creative phenomenon. At the closed session that opened the conference, Oksana Sedashova, associate professor of KROC Business School, International Ambassador for Creativity in Ukraine, spoke about creativity during the war.
During the report, Oksana presented research on the topic what is a source of inspiration during the war, explained how the concept of "creativity" is perceived and used by Ukrainians today, and demonstrated the artworks of Ukrainian artists Artem Husev and Maksym Palenko - as examples of artists' reflections on the war and sources support of the Ukrainian people.
We are proud that Ukraine contributes more sense into the concept of creativity: creativity as a way to solve serious problems; creativity as a force of unity; creativity - as the opening of opportunities for growth - even in difficult life conditions; creativity as a factor of survival and recovery.
