KROK Business School at Ukrainian Building Congress 2025

On November 21, 2025, the Ukrainian Building Congress took place at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together leading experts, educators, and business leaders. At the invitation of the organizers, representatives of KROK Business School actively participated in the event.

Nataliia Kalinina, PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Innovation Development, delivered a workshop titled:
“Effective Negotiations: Building the Algorithm.” The lively discussion and numerous questions from the audience highlighted the relevance and importance of this topic in today’s business environment.

In addition, Olha Karpova, Executive Director of KROK Business School, joined the panel discussion “Educational Ecosystem: Who Prepares Leaders for the Market?” Participants explored how the profile of a modern Ukrainian leader has changed since 2022.
Olha Karpova noted:

“If earlier a leader was primarily associated with a politician or a businessperson, today it can be a military officer, commander, educator, athlete, or volunteer — individuals who take responsibility in critical moments.”
She emphasized that the key qualities of today’s Ukrainian leaders include flexibility, adaptability, humanity, creativity, and innovation.

KROK Business School expresses its gratitude to the organizers for the invitation and the opportunity to share expertise with participants of such a prestigious event as the Ukrainian Building Congress.
