Inventory Management Training for SILPO FOOD

On August 28–29, 2025, an intensive training session was held for participants from SILPO FOOD, a leading retail company in Ukraine. Over two days, participants explored key aspects of effective inventory management in today’s dynamic supply chain environment.

The training was led by Roman Romantsov, a supply chain management expert and seasoned practitioner in operational management and LEAN. His approach combines strategic vision with practical tools that can be implemented in business right away.
