IIBLC Green Belt

The LEAN IIBLC Green Belt level program will help to apply LEAN technologies and approaches in production, in the company or in the bank - it is important to see and determine what needs to be improved, especially in times of saving financial, human and material resources.

How training is conducted:

• Classroom classes on the study of philosophy and tools LEAN - Lean Manufacturing.
• Practical exercises to test and consolidate the acquired theoretical knowledge and skills in the use of LEAN tools - Lean Manufacturing.
• Discussion of practical Business Cases for the implementation of LEAN - Lean Manufacturing in various companies.
• Individual self-training with the support of the Instructor.
• Simulation of the exam followed by discussion of the results.

Offline training will start on November 5, 2022.
