Fundamentals of Change Implementation – Training for the Crédit Agricole Team

On October 3, 2025, a group of managers from Crédit Agricole participated in the training “Fundamentals of Change Implementation”, delivered by Andriy Koreyba, lecturer at KROK Business School.

The session focused on building a deeper understanding of the nature of change within teams and the mechanisms for managing it effectively. Participants explored how change can serve as a driver of development rather than a source of resistance.

Key highlights of the training:

  • Change as a natural part of development: It arises in response to the mismatch between the current state and emerging needs.
  • Resistance to change is a signal, not a barrier: It reflects unmet basic needs that, when addressed, can enhance motivation.
  • Motivation through autonomy, competence, and belonging: These factors are essential for engaging staff in the change process.
  • Clear vision and first steps: Defining specific actions helps reduce resistance and foster effective team collaboration.

The training was marked by high levels of participant engagement, practical case studies, and a strong focus on applying the acquired knowledge. Managers gained tools for structured change management and improving team effectiveness.
