Summer at the KROK Business School - BSK is the time to defend master's theses of MBA program applicants. On July 25-26, 2023, the thesis defense of our talented MBA students took place. 11 business owners and top managers with excellent knowledge, understanding of the entire business architecture, the ability to develop business in the most difficult conditions, propose new strategies and create innovations presented their works.
Despite all the threats, air alarms and sleepless nights, projects were presented on the following topics:
- The opening of themed coffee shops in Odessa, because the market analysis showed that Ukrainians drink coffee even during massive shelling.
- The development of warehouse logistics, as the numbers of destruction of this infrastructure are insane, unfortunately.
- Business organizations in the field of providing services by marriage agencies, because the Brain Research Institute says that 1 in 6 marriages begins on the Internet :))
- Strategies for the development of SMEs in the conditions of war, because all previous algorithms from 24.02.22 went awry.
- The development of the distribution of industrial refrigeration equipment, because despite all the horrors, Ukrainian business is for the development of environmentally friendly technologies.
- The entry of a new TM into the market of eco-snacks, yes. Snacks can be useful, because we Ukrainians want healthy food even in shelters.
- Strategies for increasing the efficiency of conducting seismic exploration works in Western Ukraine" to ensure the energy security of our country.
- Optimizing the work of the information technology department during military operations in conditions of limited resources, because the level of availability and operational efficiency of the infrastructure affects the quality of patient care.
- The concept of the development of a new profit center on the basis of a dental clinic for the development and improvement of the quality of dental care.
- Implementation of flexible project management methodologies that meet global trends.
- Development and implementation of the scaling strategy of the company operating in the building materials market, because the destruction of the infrastructure will require immediate restoration.
Presenting their innovative projects, the winners of the master's degree "Business Administration" demonstrated that they are ready for growth even in the difficult conditions of the macro- and micro-environment and martial law.
Every MBA candidate has gone through a difficult path to defense, despite all the challenges and obstacles. But we are sure that this talented cohort will become the new business leaders of Ukraine.
