The one-and-a-half-year marathon of studies for the Master's in Business Administration, which began their journey towards professional improvement in the fall of 2023, has come to an end. In February 2025, the defense of master's theses took place at KROK Business School. The topics of the theses are impressive in their diversity!
As Oksana Demchenko, a trainer at KROK Business School, wrote, "The world of business is becoming more complex, the topics deeper, and the students smarter." So, here are the topics researched by the candidates, who are almost Masters of Business Administration:

- Will small modular reactors help increase investment attractiveness
- What should the culture of inclusivity be like as a tool for company management
- Export strategies for entering Eastern European markets
- Innovative approaches in managing an English language school
- Directions for developing customer loyalty in a pharmacy chain
- Category management in retail
All scientific developments have been tested and presented at various conferences and in professional publications. All projects contained an innovative component.
