On December 5, 2025, as part of Mediation Month – 2025, the KROK Business School hosted the webinar “Dialogue Skills That Transform Relationships and Life.” The event brought together 40 participants eager to learn how to speak in a way that ensures they are heard—and to truly hear others.
The initiators and speakers were Kateryna Prysiazhniuk, Tetiana Sokolovska, Inna Serhiienko, and Yevheniia Halashova—graduates of the Master’s program in Mediation and Conflict Management, a team of mediators convinced that any relationship—family, work, or friendship—can be improved if we learn to communicate differently.
A special guest of the webinar was Oleksandr Oleshko—psychotherapist, Gestalt therapist, actor, and instructor in improvisation and public speaking. He shared insights on how words can create safety, trust, and closeness.
Participants discussed:
- how to be heard without pressure
- how to maintain connection even when emotions run high
- why listening is the key mediation skill
- what acting skills have in common with the art of mediation
It was a warm, lively conversation about humanity and the power of dialogue—in families, at work, and in any relationship.
