On March 26, 2026, the Mini MBA program held its course project defense. This year, all three projects focused on analyzing and developing Ikorka Shop, giving students the opportunity to work with real business challenges and propose practical, applicable solutions.
Project topics were centered around implementing advanced technologies into the company’s operations:
- “Business Process Automation through ERP Implementation as a Tool for Executing the Company’s Development Strategy”
- “Implementing Artificial Intelligence Tools in the Sales Management System of an E-commerce Company”
- “Managing Consumer Value Perception in a Highly Competitive Market with Low Product Differentiation”
The proposed solutions stand out for their innovation and practical value. They will support the company’s further development by integrating modern technologies, optimizing business processes, and focusing on customer needs.
