Corporate Training for AGARD Legal Company

Our indomitable Ukrainian business! War, shelling, blackouts, air raids do not stop us. On February 10-11, 2023, the training of employees of AGARDLawFirm has started the corporate comprehensive program "Development of Management Skills" at the KROK Business School on. The first two-days module was devoted to the study and consideration of issues related to the basics of project management. The participants worked in the classroom with Andrii Koreiba, a trainer of KROK Business School, an experienced expert in the field of project management.

17 participants, among whom the company's management and employees worked actively in the audience, learning methods, fundamental principles, basic project cycles and many other things useful for understanding in order to further apply them in their activities.
