On October 26-27, 2017, BSK hosted Workshop «Creating Lean Production. Kaizen Instruments»

16 participants from all over Ukraine, heads of enterprises and directions for the organization of production management, development directors, entrepreneurs, engineers, mechanics and technologists participated in the training, which took place in an unusual format of a business game simulating and modeling real processes in the company. This approach during the training workshop helps to better understand the principles of the Lean and Six Sigma systems, and although they are in themselves fairly simple, their implementation requires a lot of effort from the organization. The lean manufacturing methodology was developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Actively used tools Lean and Six Sigma in the factories of the Japanese and German automotive industry for training their personnel.

During the simulation business game participants of the training, representatives of such companies as "Naftogaz of Ukraine", "MK" Azovstal ", FARMAK, LLC" NPO "Severodonetsk Glass-plastic", LLC "PC" POZHMASHINA "," Kvalita "and Clinic veterinary medicine "Dog + Cat" learned how to eliminate hidden losses, introduce changes, shape the flow of value creation, learn to improve and analyze the effectiveness of processes, calculate the real cost of poor quality processes, standardize processes to control human factors, identify root causes of problems. And most importantly - they got practical skills of application of these tools in their companies, new useful links, talked with colleagues from other companies!

The training was conducted by Andrey Sergeev, a certified trainer of Lean Six Sigma, one of the leading specialists in the country on the introduction of lean manufacturing techniques, the KAIDZEN methodology. Training partner - BPI Company.
