A new cohort of masters of the «Mediation and conflict resolution» program has started the study

On November 11, 2023, the study of the 5th cohort of the "Master of Mediation and Conflict Resolution" program began. The program, which was launched as part of the ERASMUS+ MEDIATS project in 2019, continues its powerful path, training mediators and conflict managers for business, lawyers, the judiciary, branches of government and the public sector.

The participants of the program noted that they chose the KROK Business School as a provider precisely for the quality of educational services aimed at mature individuals, for a special comfortable atmosphere in which knowledge is effectively acquired and new skills are formed that are in demand today.

The class began with greetings from Olga Karpova, director of the Business School. The group includes lawyers, judges, advocates, business owners, educators, project managers, managers from Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Poland. In the first training module, students immersed themselves in the study of psychological aspects of conflict studies with Oksana Sedashova, PhD, the content leader of the program, and the history of mediation with Oleg Omelchenko, program instructor , mediator and corporate lawyer.

We wish the students of the new group inspiration, a high level of cognitive interest, purposefulness and self-motivation while mastering a complex but such an interesting field of knowledge as mediation and conflict management, which is able to strengthen democratic processes in our country, thanks to the development of civilized dialogue, equality, justice, and the formation of powerful public institutions.
