Business model - a look at the company concentrated on the most important business parameters. This is a pictorial diagram of business operation, showing key components and processes. That is, it is a model by which an organization makes money. In this module, participants will learn: the components of a business model, as they are linked to each other, which model to choose, what is the role of marketing in the business model and its area of responsibility. At the session, participants will be able to create their own business model and check for stability.
