A professional manager with over 30 years of experience, including leadership roles in business companies, NGOs, and the UK Government Department for International Development.
She has worked in international trade, public and commercial education, food services, international development, legal services, and the chemical industry.
At various times, she held positions such as PR Manager and PR Director, Development Director, Project Manager, Director of International Relations, and Director of Sustainable Development.
In 2004, she earned an MBA from the Institute of Business Relations (IBR, Germany). From 2004 to 2011, she collaborated with IBR, conducting tutoring and training in subjects including international trade and business relations, project management, communication, and intercultural relations.
Interculturalist and experienced expert in intercultural competencies:
As a cross-cultural coach and facilitator, she collaborates with leading global organizations in this field. She is a member of the Global Council for Intercultural and Global Competence and served on the board of SIETAR Europa (2019–2024), the world’s largest organization of interculturalists. She is also an international trainer and mentor for Young SIETAR, an organization of young interculturalists.
