Ekaterina has 15 years of experience in the field of management of marketing projects, strategic communications. Of these, she has worked for more than 10 years at Microsoft Ukraine company, where she developed in various directions, such as: marketing communications, event management, integrated segment marketing, development of an affiliate channel.
Since 2015, Ekaterina has expanded her professional experience and in 2016 she headed the HR Department in the AXA Ukraine. The main focus of Ekateryna activity was the analysis, optimization and improvement of HR processes in the company, the development of HR partnership model, as well as such areas as internal communication, training and development, strategic planning of personnel, social projects. Ekaterina also created and managed HR transversal digital projects aimed at developing the innovation culture of the entire organization.
For almost three years at the AXA, Ekaterina, together with the team, has developed and implemented the number of strategic innovation initiatives for the company, such as #Jagotov, for training technical skills and improving collaboration; Digital Immersion - The immersion and learning of the new AXA topics to support digital business transformation (E-commerce, BigData, Agile, Leadsmanagement, Innovations).
Under the AXA InnovativeHUB project, volunteer teams learned to work together on the design thinking methodology to create and pilot innovative ideas that helped solve business tasks and improve customer experience, also she held AXAHackathon, EcoLeadershipFest and others. Ekaterina became the winner of the AXA Awards 2016 in the nominee Novator; projects implemented under the leadership of Ekaterina, were awarded with honorary awards all-Ukrainian prize HR Brand 2016 and 2017.
Ekaterina is a certified trainer on the Design Thinking methodology.
In 2017, Ekaterina graduated from the HRCI program and received the international certification of Senior Professional in HR - International, Global Development.
Currently, Ekaterina is engaged in entrepreneurial activity, as a consultant engaged in innovative projects, initiatives aimed at supporting business in the period of transformation. She engaged in teaching activities as well.
