Svetlana is a practicing mediator, mentor, co-founder and chairman of the Board of the Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine, coach of the NGO Mediatory League of Ukraine and coordinator of the CMU project on the provision of social services for family mediation in cooperation with the Social Services of Kyiv. She also has a successful management experience workinh in the marketing and management department of the company over 6 years.
She received higher education degree from Kyiv Trade and Economic University - Master in Marketing, (2008), studied at TROY UNIVERSITY, (USA), was the US State Department scholar and a member of the Exchange Business Administration Program (2007).
Svitlana upgraded her qualification as a mediator attended the following training:
- 2016 "Business Mediator" - Ukrainian Center for Mediation, CCI Munich and Upper Bavaria (220 hours, according to the standards of the German federal association Bundesverband Mediation e.V.)
- 2016 "Basic mediator skills" - Ukrainian Mediation Center (48 hours)
- 2017 "Features of Mediation in Family Relations" - Ukrainian Mediation Center (16 hours)
- "Direct consultations with children in family mediation" - Ukrainian Mediation Center (16 hours)
- 2018 "Principles and approaches of restorative justice" - Institute of Peace and Understanding (18 hours)
- 2019 "Financial and property issues in mediation" - University of North Carolina (9 hours)
- Numerous specialized master classes on family mediation of NGO "Mediator League of Ukraine".
