Education: higher, 1999 - Kyiv State University of Trade and Economics, commodity expert in customs, 2008 - Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade - Master of International Law, 2021 - Hryhoriy Skovoroda University in Pereyaslav - Master of Psychology.
She has 20 years of experience in customs services (1993-2013), worked at the Ministry of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (2013-2016), where she was involved in pre-trial settlement of disputes on taxation of customs payments. She has the special title of Tax and Customs Advisor of the 1st (first) rank.
Since 2016, she has been a practicing mediator in the field of business, organizational, and family mediation; mediator and trainer of the Ukrainian Mediation Center.
From 2020 to the present day, she is the managing partner of Commercial Mediation Group LLC. She is a member of the Ethics Committee and the Young Business Club mediator pool.
He is a mediator of the Mediation Center at the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ukrainian Mediation Center, and a volunteer mediator of the City Children's Center.
From March to December 2022, in 2024, as a mediator, psychologist, trainer, and support group leader, he cooperates with a project to support interaction and conflict management in places of assistance to internally displaced persons in the communities of Chernivtsi and Chernivtsi region.
