Kateryna Karashchuk | Mediation and Conflict Management

PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Mediator, Supervisor, Private Enforcement Officer of the Kyiv Enforcement District, Attorney

Kateryna Karashchuk is an expert in mediation and alternative dispute resolution with over 15 years of teaching experience.

Since 2024, she has been a lecturer at KROK Business School and the author of the original course “Mediation in Enforcement Proceedings” within the certification program “Basic Mediator Training.”

She is an initiator and active advocate for the implementation of mediation in enforcement proceedings as a tool for:

  • humanizing the application of law
  • reducing conflict levels
  • increasing the efficiency of enforcement of court decisions

Her professional activity combines legal practice, academic research, and the development of alternative dispute resolution methods.

  • Head of the Committee on Mediation and Other ADR Methods at the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine
  • Head of the NGO “Association of Mediators of Legal Professionals of Ukraine”
