Research expert in neuromanagement of interaction, modern leadership, performance management, customer experience and interaction, with unique research experience and practices aimed at understanding the peculiarities and regularities of people's behavior in business, decision-making and building cooperation.

Ruslan has more than 17 years of teaching experience at international MBA and EMBA programs. He received a Doctor of Science degree in management and business administration from the Higher School of Business, Switzerland, and an MBA from the University of New Brunswick, Canada.
