BSK visiting instructor, delivers "Effective Management" and “Business Communications” courses on MBA programs, author and facilitator of a number of business games for MBA students. Since 2000 Oksana has been working in the field of trainings and personnel development, currently she holds the position of CEO in "D-Space" Company, and since 2017 has been an international consultant accredited by EBRR.
Oksana is the author of more than 10 training programs on emotional leadership, strategic planning, management, personal business effectiveness, content-leader of a number of trainings on such topics as productive negotiations, constructive business communications, strategic planning and change management.
Oksana Demchenko implemented a number of consulting and training projects in companies of different industries in Ukraine and abroad. Among her clients are companies such as Metro C & C, Kimberly-Clark, Indesit, Kiev Vitamin Plant, Xerox, Inditex, Rozetka, ZARA, Kyivenergo, Kievgas, Galichina, VDV, Jabil, LiQberry, Araltuz (Kazakhstan), MSD, MTS Ukraine, Vega, Adelina, Beeper, Intertelecom, eCall, Portmone, Kyivstar, GlobalLogic, Itera Consulting, SDL, Intellias, AXA, SOS Service, Vertebrology Institute, Medibor, Family Clinic and others. Oksana also participated in the implementation of several projects for NGOs, including Uniter Pact, IDLO, FGVFO.
She is the author of a number of publications, co-author of the manual for employees of the court apparatus "Effective Communication" and "Conflict Management".
She graduated from Kyiv National University. T.G. Shevchenko, Faculty of Sociology and Psychology, received degree the Master of Psychology and Executive MBA at IIB. She was trained in the program of preparation business trainers at the Western Training Institute, School of Coaching, according to the program "Personal Breakthrough Strategy" by Bryan Tracy.
