BSK instructor, MBA, business consultant, SHL certified trainer. Natalia has 14 years of experience in the field of management and corporate culture of organizations, personnel management. The first steps in HR she passed as a consultant in the selection and evaluation of personnel for the IT and telecommunications market in the agency IT Personnel. Later, she headed HR subdivisions of TD Ducat, Arterium Corporation, Rosava CJSC. Since 2009, Natalia has been engaged in advisory and project activities in the field of implementation and development of management systems, company management processes, personnel management and development. Among clients of consulting projects implemented by Natalia, such companies as Vic Oil CJSC, Kiev Youth Labor Center at KMGA, TVA Group LLC (Pharmacy 03), Ukrtelecom JSC, Belleza LLC, NAEK Energoatom.
Natalia is a developer and instructor of training programs for HR management for top managers and HR professionals based on training cases. As an invited instructor she collaborated on MBA programs in LvBS, kmbs, KBS. In 2012-13 Natalia took part in the Scopes project, initiated by the University of Friborg (Switzerland), and co-authored the publication "Human Resource Management issues in multinational companies: case studies from Ukrainian and Russian subsidiaries".
In 2014, Natalia co-founded Case Study Studio, a company specializing in the development of management, evaluation, training and development of personnel using a case-study method. She graduated from the Executive MBA program in kmbs. Received her first higher education in Sumy State Pedagogical University with a degree in History and Pedagogy in 1991, later she graduated from Sumy State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. In BSK teaches the course "Modern Management" on the General MBA program, the author of a number of workshops and programs.
