Natalia Kalinina has significant practical experience in training and human resource management in Western and Ukrainian companies and banks. This is what allows her to perfectly navigate the cultural differences and management features of international and Ukrainian organizations. Professional experience in the field of human resource management for over 20 years. From 2010 to 2014, she was in charge of human resources development in a large Ukrainian bank as a member of the Bank's Management Board. Within the framework of corporate activities, she initiated, developed and implemented large-scale projects to form a corporate culture, motivate and stimulate personnel, assess personnel, and create corporate training centers.
She is a certified instructor of the international training program CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accounts) in the course "Human Resource Management", "Relationship Management in the Company" and "Management of Organizational Change", a certified trainer of the international company "Scotwork" (trainings "Negotiation Skills"). She worked in business schools MIM, IIB as a visiting lecturer.
As a business coach and consultant practitioner, she has implemented a significant number of certified and copyright programs in such areas as change management, human resource management, leadership, effective negotiation skills, effective presentation skills, client orientation, talent management, personnel assessment and motivation, etc. in Ukraine and abroad.
At present, Natalia Kalinina is an associate professor and a leading instructor of KROK Business School, a co-founder and partner, an acting trainer of the Strategic Partner company, and leads a number of international business projects.
