Svitlana is the founder of the Law Firm Dictum. Between 2021–2025, according to the rankings of Legal Newspaper “Market Leaders” and Legal Practice (TOP-50 law firms), the Global Law Company Dictum and Svitlana personally were recognized in the fields of tax, customs, intellectual property, labor, corporate, and investment law. Dictum operates three offices — in Kyiv, Istanbul, and Antalya. Svitlana is also the initiator and co-founder of the Ukrainian Business Council in Turkey, which has offices in Istanbul and Antalya.
As a trainer, she contributes to educational platforms such as Growth Factory Academy, Consulting Business Academy, Liga Zakon Academy, and Leadership in Law.
Svitlana has over 16 years of legal experience in supporting and representing companies across various industries. Since 2015, she has been a practicing attorney, with primary specialization in tax disputes. Additional areas of expertise include customs and investment law, intellectual property, and developing strategies for protecting and defending clients’ interests in economic crime cases.
She studied at the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, earned her PhD in Law in the field of taxation with the dissertation “Administrative and Legal Foundations of the Legal Work Units of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine”
