Svitlana is the founder of Dictum Law Company. During 2021-2023 according to the rating of the legal newspaper "Market Leaders", Dictum and Svitlana personally are recognized in tax, intellectual, labor and corporate law. Dictum has two offices - in Kyiv and Istanbul. Svitlana is also a co-founder of the distribution company FROMTURKIYE.UA - which also has two offices - in Ukraine and Turkey.
As a trainer, he participates in educational platforms: Growth factory academy, Academy of consulting business, Liga Zakon Academy, Leadership in law.
Svitlana has more than 15 years of legal experience in supporting and representing the interests of companies of various categories. Since 2015, she is an active lawyer, her main specialization is tax disputes. Additional specializations are customs and investment law, intellectual property, as well as building strategies for the protection and advocacy of clients' interests in economic crimes.
Svitlana graduated the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, received a candidate of legal sciences degree in the field of taxation on the topic "Administrative and legal principles of activity of the legal work units of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine" and, thanks to 5 years of scientific work, additionally strengthened her own tax expertise. Currently, she continues scientific and teaching work as an associate professor at the State Tax University.
