Diana Levchenko, PhD, is a senior lecturer at the Department of Management and Innovative Development and a project and program manager at KROK Business School. Her research interests include digitalization, global digital governance, artificial intelligence, mediation, and sustainable development.
She worked as a legal analyst at the Public Organization "Information and Analytical Center for Aerospace Law." She graduated from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine with a master's degree in Law in 2017. She studied at the postgraduate program at the Research Institute of Public Law and defended her dissertation on "Subjects of Civil Society in Public Administration in Ukraine," earning a PhD in Law (specialty 081) in 2021. She interned in the "European Parliamentary Law" program at the Ukrainian School of Lawmaking of the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2018. She completed a training program by the British Council on "Active Citizens" in 2021, where she gained skills, experience, and practice in sustainable social development, social action planning, and dialogue. She participated in an
international conference at the Research Institute in Leicester on "Space Security and Safety Dimensions" (Space Park Leicester, UK, 2023).
She is the author of over 20 scientific and educational works on global digital governance, administrative, and space law.
