Oleksandr Dobrovolskyi joined the MBA program in 2022 while working at the Representative Office of Uponor GmbH as the Director of the Representative Office (www.uponor.ua). After completing the MBA program in 2024, he was promoted within the company and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service for Eastern Europe, overseeing 16 countries. Oleksandr noted that "the MBA program not only provided knowledge but also gave me confidence in my abilities, which motivated me to actively pursue the new position."
