PhD in Economics
Victor Berlin has been working in the insurance industry for 20 years. His career path includes roles from Head of the Motor Insurance Department at JSC "Ukrainian Insurance House" to a member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets. From 2020 to 2024, he served as the CEO of "Guardian Insurance Company." Since 2022, he has been the President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine.
