Since 2003, I have been heading the Federation of Insurance Intermediaries of Ukraine.

During Serhiy’s leadership of the Federation, with his active participation, changes were made to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the taxation of insurance intermediaries' activities. Laws such as "On Insurance," "On Financial Services and Financial Companies," "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction," the National Bank of Ukraine's regulations "On Licensing and Registration of Financial Service Providers," "On Financial Monitoring by Institutions," "On the Procedure for Compiling Reporting Data by Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers," "On the Application of Measures to Institutions for Violating Financial Monitoring Legislation," "On the Registration of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers and Conditions for Conducting Intermediary Activities in the Insurance Sector," "On Disclosure of Information and Placement of an Information Document about a Standard Insurance Product on the Websites of Insurers and Insurance Intermediaries," "On the Peculiarities of Concluding Insurance Contracts with Consumers," and amendments to the NBU Resolution "On the Operation of the Banking System during the Introduction of Martial Law," etc., were developed.
He has actively participated in the activity of Public Councils and Advisory Expert Councils at the State Financial Services, the National Financial Services Commission, the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, and the National Bank of Ukraine.
