Training "Architecture of Strategic Influence"

Vadym Rakhlis's original system of psychological negotiations and the "Illusion of Authorship" concept.

Why is this important?

In business, you constantly have to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and get decisions from people who aren't always ready to make them. Negotiation is not just an exchange of arguments. It's the ability to manage dialogue and work with resistance.

Can you persuade an opponent so that they perceive the desired decision as their own choice? Yes, if you understand the logic of their thinking and master the tools of psychological influence.

At the training, we will break down how to reduce tension in difficult negotiations, structure the interlocutor's thoughts, and lead the dialogue to a specific agreement, rather than leaving it at the level of "we understood each other".

Author and Trainer

Vadym Rakhlis Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, crisis negotiator, mediator, and business trainer. Author of the Doctrine of Psychological Negotiations and the "Illusion of Authorship" concept. Lecturer at the "Mediation and Conflict Management" program.

In Focus

  • The art of questioning: how to ask questions that reveal the true criteria and needs of the opponent.
  • Working with resistance: how to lower the conflict intensity, absorb pressure, and counteract manipulation.
  • Strategy of influence: how to analyze the interlocutor's logic (corridors of Meaning, Benefit, and Power) and build a sequence of steps accordingly.
  • The "Illusion of Authorship" concept: how to organize a dialogue so that a person rethinks their position and makes a decision without coercion.

Training Program (14 academic hours)

Day 1. Dialogue Tools

  • The ability to ask questions. The original Precisely Formulated Question (PFQ) technology: transitioning from value judgments to situational analysis.
  • The "Six Thinking Hats" method (E. de Bono). Parallel thinking in negotiations and structuring arguments.
  • Transactional Analysis (E. Berne) in negotiations. Working with ego states, recognizing psychological games, and returning the dialogue to a constructive path.

Day 2. Influence and Doctrine

  • Psychological aikido and amortization. Techniques for reducing conflict intensity, working with intellectual resistance, and counteracting manipulations.
  • Managing negotiation levers. How basic resources work (Time, Need, Competition) and how to change the opponent's perception of the situation.
  • The "Illusion of Authorship" concept and the three-corridor system. Analyzing the opponent's logic (Meaning, Benefit, Power). The full algorithm for reaching an agreement: Portrait → Corridor → Trajectory → Fixation → Consolidation.

(Each module is accompanied by practice: pair exercises, analysis of participants' work situations, and a final simulation).
