During the session, we will explore how mediation tools help partners build constructive communication, reduce tension in interactions, find solutions in challenging situations, and maintain working relationships even during times of crisis.

We will also focus on how to prevent the escalation of conflicts, create transparent agreements, and build partnerships based on trust, accountability, and clear boundaries.

She holds international mediator accreditation from CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, UK) and IMI (International Mediation Institute).
