Workshop "7 steps in mediation" (offline)

We invite students and graduates of the master's program "Mediation and conflict resolution" of the KROK Business School, as well as representatives of our partners, to take part in a unique event - in the offline workshop "7 steps in mediation", which will be conducted by our partner Jan van Zwieten (Netherlands ) - the rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, mediator and coach with extensive experience.

The event will take place offline on December 14 at KROK Business School from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the address: Tabirna st, 30-32, KROK Business School, Kyiv (Beresteyska metro station)

Conditions of participation: free of charge

The language of the seminar is English (without translation)

• Mediation process and structure in 7 steps
• Communication and personality analysis as a basis for mediation
• How to deal with aggression and stress
• Practical cases
