Congratulations to LEAN Black Belt certificates holders SEBN.UA
May 2024 at KROK Business School is full of events. And one of these unique events is the visit by representatives of the KROK Business School to the SEBN.UA powerful and advanced enterprise in Ternopil, which pays great attention to education and professional training of its employees. On May 3, 2024, the LEAN Black Belt holders were awarded their certificates.
5 managers who were trained at the level of Green Belt, and later on Black Belt, prepared and presented their practice-oriented projects, defended these projects and received international recognition according to the Baltum Buroo OU system. Now these 5 managers are the golden fund of the company, and their projects are implemented and already have an economic effect.
International LEAN Black Belt certificates for SEBN UA employees was presented by Olga Karpova, executive director of KROK Business School. Oleg Ihorovych Bilobrovko, financial director, Oleksandr Mykolayovych Shlamp, operations director of SEBN.UA attended the certificate awarding ceremony, which took place in the recently opened training center of the enterprise. We wish success and new ambitious projects to the graduates of the Black Belt, and to all 4th enterprises of SEBN. UA prosperity and not stopping in the processes of continuous improvement.
