Training program GROWTH MINDSET

Stanford University psychology professor Carol Dweck introduced the concept of Growth Mindset, which is the opposite of Fixed Mindset. To learn how to nurture your growth-oriented mindset and introduce a culture of growth in the company, we invite you to the GROWTH MINDSET practical seminar.

Thinking strategies today determine the effectiveness of a manager. How a manager treats mistakes, failures, how he provides feedback to himself and creates an atmosphere for staf growth depends on how cost-effective the performance will be.

The author's educational complex with presentation, tasks, cases, exercises and other educational materials prepared by the teacher.

After the training, a survey of the participants is conducted to identify the level of satisfaction with the trainer's work and the relevance of the received information, new knowledge, and skills.
