On May 21, we launched a festive series of workshops dedicated to the 15th anniversary of KROK Business School. It was an inspiring event that brought participants together for networking, meaningful discussions, and the discovery of new ideas.
We didn’t just discuss 26 business ideas — we explored 26 practical innovations that are already shaping today’s competitive market.
Business is evolving faster than we imagine, which is why it is crucial to start implementing these solutions today.
The speaker, Andriy Prudius, Director of the InTempo restaurant chain and a business consultant, shared valuable insights and answered participants’ questions. His reflections on leadership, corporate culture, and brand power inspired participants to think broader and act more boldly.
An important insight was also highlighted: more than 60% of employees would prefer a change in management over a simple salary increase. At a certain point, it becomes essential not only to “complete tasks,” but to feel purpose, influence results, work within a like-minded team, receive recognition, and have the freedom to make mistakes.
The atmosphere of the event was defined by lively discussions, active networking, and new discoveries. Participants asked questions, shared experiences, and gained practical insights into real business challenges.
