Staff of KROK Business School participate in the SEG Learning Expedition in Switzerland

In May 2026, representatives of KROK Business School – Olena Korniienko, Oksana Demchenko, and Diana Levchenko, with the organization of HIM Business School, participated in the SEG Learning Expedition in Switzerland, an intensive educational journey focused on contemporary approaches to management, hospitality, sustainable development, well-being, innovation in education, and research.

As part of the expedition, participants visited leading Swiss educational institutions, including HIM Business School, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, Swiss Hotel Management School, and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland. The program brought together lectures, workshops, professional meetings, exchange of experience, and exposure to educational practices that shape a new vision of quality management and the development of modern business education.

Particular attention was given to the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, the development of future competencies, building resilience, the implementation of the well-being concept, and the integration of sustainable development principles into educational programs and management practices. Another important focus of the expedition was rethinking the concept of hospitality as a holistic management philosophy that combines quality, attention to detail, communication, care for people, and the creation of exceptional experiences for students, partners, and the professional community.

For the representatives of KROK Business School, the trip became a valuable opportunity to explore international practices in organizing the educational process, leadership development, the formation of an academic environment, and the support of professional growth for both students and faculty. The SEG Learning Expedition served as a space for inspiration, new professional ideas, and reflection on the role of business education in the context of dynamic change, digitalization, the development of artificial intelligence, and the global demand for a sustainable future.

We sincerely thank HIM Business School for its educational practices, high level of hospitality, support, openness to the exchange of experience, and valuable knowledge that will contribute to the further development of KROK Business School.
