Private Executors of the NGO AMPU Completed Basic Mediator Skills Training

We are pleased to share the news about new cohort and members of mediator’s community and conflict resolution specialists. On December 7, 2024, a certificate awarding ceremony was held at the KROK Business School for 18 participants of the "Basic Mediator Skills" program, representatives of the Association of Mediator Lawyers of Ukraine. In August 2024, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between KROK University and the NGO "Association of Mediator Lawyers of Ukraine," which provides for the implementation of various activities, including joint events and training. An agreement was reached between the partners to develop and implement a mediation training program for private executors. The training program lasted 3 months, in an online format, with a total of 94 hours of training. Private executors from different regions of Ukraine underwent training together with the coaching team of KROK Business School (Ukraine) and ASSERTIVE Group (Switzerland) on the following topics: conflict psychology and visual psychodiagnostics – trainer Oksana Sedashova, mediation negotiations – trainers Natalia Kalinina, Steve Alban Tineo, mediation process, models, and approaches – trainer Victoria Polishchuk, mediator emotional competence – trainer Galina Sasin, communications – trainer Oksana Demchenko, and mediation in enforcement proceedings – trainer Kateryna Karashchuk.
