Online training on creative thinking for employees of Philip Morris Ukraine

On January 22, 2025, the KROK Business School implemented an online training on the development of creative thinking, conducted by Associate Professor Oksana Syedashova, International Ambassador for Creativity in Ukraine. The training was designed specifically for the team of employees of Philip Morris Ukraine in order to increase the innovative potential of employees and the ability to effectively solve problems. The main goal of the training was to provide participants with tools and techniques for: generating new ideas for solving problems and improving business processes, finding non-standard solutions in difficult situations, developing individual and team creative thinking skills. The training consisted of several interactive blocks, which included:

  • a theoretical part that highlighted the basic principles of creative thinking and its role in business.
  • practical exercises, namely techniques for activating the creative potential of participants and using the "CPS", SCAMPER and other methods.
  • case studies, which included the analysis of real business situations and the development of creative solutions in teams.
  • recommendations for individual development, in particular, tips for conducting creative teamwork, forming a personal habit of thinking creatively, a list of the top 10 books on creative thinking.

The participants received practical skills and a new perspective on creativity as an important tool in the modern business environment. Many of them noted that the use of new techniques will already help them find innovative approaches to completing tasks, improve work processes, and strengthen team interaction.

The following feedback was received from the participants after the training:

“This was a very useful training! Oksana provided us with not only a structured theory, but also real tools that can be used in practice. Now I know exactly how to better approach solving non-standard tasks,” shared one of the training participants.

“I was not bored!”

“The training helped us understand how to select the best ideas and what to do to turn them into initiatives and solutions. Thank you for your professionalism and inspiration,” said the project manager.

This training is an example of a successful initiative that contributes not only to professional development, but also to increasing staff involvement in work processes and strengthening the corporate culture in the company.

The KROK Business School is grateful to Philip Morris Ukraine for the trust and choice as a training provider! We wish the company success, creativity and innovation!
