In February 2025, students and graduates of the Master's program "Mediation and Conflict Resolution" had a wonderful opportunity to meet with Professor Steve Albano Tineo, a world-renowned professional in the field of negotiations, communication, and leadership. As part of the course "Theory and Practice of Negotiations" in the Master's program "Mediation and Conflict Management," an outstanding individual, a master of the negotiation process, an international consultant, and the owner of the Academy of Communication and Negotiations in Switzerland, was a guest.
The excellent master class conducted by Professor Steve Albano Tineo for our students and graduates once again confirmed the thesis that: negotiations are a technology, but if you have a closed, blind heart, and you operate only with your mind, you have lost the negotiations. It is also necessary to thoroughly prepare for negotiations, gather and analyze information about the negotiation partner, study the psychological profile, and understand the external and internal context.
