Usually, many events take place at the Business School. At the same time, there are special meetings! The meeting of students of the Master of Business Administration and Master of Project and Process Management programs with Denis Koptielov, Head of the IT Department of BASF Ukraine, a graduate of the KROK Business School in 2024, was such an event. The topic of the meeting is relevant for everyone, because we all live in the era of digital technologies and transformations.
During the guest lecture, the participants talked about the deep aspects of digital transformation, the importance of people in this process, which many forget, and that technology is our friend and partner, but not a magic wand that will work wonders for your business. Special attention was paid to the topic of how to build your digital transformation and how not to “die” on this path. The participants of the meeting also looked into the world of modern corporate digital technologies and understood why it is important to get out of your bubble from time to time and see what is happening in the very changing world of numbers. As Denis noted, “Overall, I got a lot of pleasure from the communication and from the understanding and openness of people and companies to digital transformation. As always, the first step of digital transformation is the most difficult, and then the journey drags on!”.
