Five days of relevant cases, modern methodologies, and scientific and practical experience in the field of mediation and conflict management.
For eight years, KROK Business School has not only been teaching mediation and conflict management but has also been actively developing scientific research in this field.
During this time, a strong community of experts and researchers has been formed, significant practical and scientific experience has been accumulated, international partnerships have been established, and modern approaches to understanding conflict, negotiation, and mediation have been implemented.
The Mediation Summer School places special emphasis on developing a scientific approach to conflict management and promoting contemporary research in the field of mediation.
We strive to create a space for professional dialogue, exchange of experience, presentation of research findings, and the development of a culture of constructive conflict resolution in Ukraine and beyond.
Over the years, we have prepared several generations of researchers and practitioners who are now working in business, the public sector, non-governmental organizations, educational and international projects, implementing modern mediation and effective communication tools.
