From June 10 to 13, KROK Business School held the International Summer Mediation School for the fifth time with the support of the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine.
4 days of intense discussions, interesting cases, useful advice, exchange of opinions and experiences from well-known mediation specialists allowed deep immersion in best practices that teach not only how to prevent conflicts, but also how to manage them.
More than 200 registered participants and 8 top speakers from the Great Britain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Georgia and Ukraine were happy to share their experience, knowledge and practical cases regarding the application of mediation and conflict management.
Among the speakers, Ketevan Devadze is a clinical psychologist, mediator and instructor of Batumi State University named by Shota Rustaveli, Paul Fisher - founder and director of the Oxford School of Negotiations, professor of business at the Said School, Steve Alban Tineo - founder and CEO of "Accertive Group", Nataliya Kalinina - associate professor of KROK Business School, master of mediation and conflict management, Mykola Kazantsev, mediator, Dell company Ukraine, Kateryna Karaschuk, private executor, mediator, lawyer, Maria Motylyuk, head of the Podil Mediation Center, lawyer, mediator and Jan van Zwieten, rector of the Netherlands Business Academy.
