On February 2, the second stream of students the CGBL® exam preparing - "Certified Green Belt" in Lean - Lean Manufacturing IIBLC® has started their learning.. On the first day of the module, students under the guidance of an experienced instructor, Lean-expert Roman Romantsov discussed in detail such topics as "Introduction to Lean - Lean Manufacturing", "Basic Principles of Lean - Lean Manufacturing", "Delivery Time and Order Cycle", "Continuous Improvement Tools", " Search and analysis of root causes", Organization activities for continuous improvement". "The second day was devoted to the constant improvement models and the basics of managing Lean projects.
Among the program participants are heads of quality control departments, managers for optimization and international economic activities, production managers of large international and ukraininan industrial companies.
