On November 17, 2023, the AВCommunications team of managers mastered the matrix of interaction, behavioral styles in business communication, studied what proactivity and reactivity are, which is a conscious choice of options for reactions and actions. After mastering the fundamental principles, the participants worked out the information received at the persuasion workshop. All this took place at the author's training "Technologies of qualitative interaction", conducted by Halyna Sasyn, organizational psychologist - practitioner, business trainer with many years of experience, teacher of the master's program in mediation and conflict resolution.
