Ukraine has taken the 45th place in the light of the indicator of the level of development of the Innovation Started by the Global Innovation Index. The methodology of development, broken up by the French business school INSEAD, is transferring resources and minds for conducting innovations, such as the state power, as well as reaching practical results and healthy innovations. In such a rank, the final index is the process of producing costs and the effect, which allows for an active assessment of the effectiveness of the development of innovations in the country.
