In November 2024, a graduation ceremony was held for 26 participants of the Managerial School 3.0 of Credit Agricole Bank. The six-month training program has been successfully completed. The graduates were congratulated by Carlos de Cordu, Chairman of the Board of Credit Agricole Ukraine, Olena Urusova, HRD, and Olga Karpova, CEO of KROK Business School.
During the training, participants of Managerial School 3.0 mastered topics such as "Self-Management: How Not to Burn Out and Manage a Team. Resource Recovery and Self-Motivation" with Oksana Sedashova, "Managing People in Wartime" with Natalia Kalinina, "Leadership for FTM – Task Delegation, Task Management, Time Management" and "Leadership 2.0" with Oksana Demchenko. The training program was comprehensive, with two-day offline modules complemented by webinars, online meetings with business trainers and guest speakers, and homework assignments with feedback from trainers.
