Corporate program «The Art and Science of Decision Making» for Metlife Ukraine

On March 29, 2018, KROK Business School implemented a program of training "The Art and Science of Decision Making" for managers of various divisions of the insurance company Metlife Ukraine.

Olena Khomenko, business coach and visiting professor of BSK, lecturer at Cestar College of Business, Health and Technology, Canada, the author of the program, shared experiences in recognizing and overcoming individual and team barriers to decision making.

Participants had the opportunity, through group work, to work out real approaches to how to make decisions in a challenging and changing environment and received recommendations for the creating an individual plan for the further development of decision-making skills.

Metlife Ukraine is a leading life insurance corporation worldwide that provides programs to protect the employees of the largest companies around the world.

As the participants noted, the program was useful and adapted to the needs of the managers of the company MetLife, and the coach - a real professional to train managers.
